Paul Brzozowski has experience in managing remediation construction and engineering on projects ranging from $100,000 to $85,000,000. Mr. Brzozowski's experience has included 11 years in a senior corporate role directing a firm's remedial construction activities and managing the technical strategy and financial aspects of legacy real-estate environmental liabilities and associated litigation. He has developed, managed, and successfully cultivated engineering consulting/construction business units at three firms and provided client-focused strategic planning for large-scale engineering/construction programs and initiatives.
Mr. Brzozowski has provided leadership, governance, and mentoring at multiple firms, including development of corporate procedures for project management and the screening, selection, and contracting of subcontractors. He has managed stakeholders and communications as a primary liaison with regulatory agencies, community action groups, and third-party working groups. In addition, Mr. Brzozowski has worked directly with multiple adversarial stakeholders to thoughtfully discuss positions, influence viewpoints and find common ground, and to ultimately advance the successful completion of projects.
